  • Western & Clinton/Melrose: Replaced fallen ball cap on top of a pole.

NOTE:  A few weeks ago, when the LA Eruv was damaged and went down on a Friday, we were reminded of how strongly the community relies upon the LA Eruv to enhance the experience of Shabbos for each of our families.

We have been offered a $20,000 matching gift if we can raise $20,000 by the end of the year.

The Los Angeles Community Eruv was designed, constructed and dedicated in the memory of Shoyal Aharon ben Hershel Mordechai HaLevi. This week would have been his 87th birthday. May his neshama have an aliyah.


NOTE:  A few weeks ago, when the LA Eruv was damaged and went down on a Friday, we were reminded of how strongly the community relies upon the LA Eruv to enhance the experience of Shabbos for each of our families.

  • 101 Freeway and Coldwater Canyon: Secured a loose Lechi
  • 101 Freeway and Garland: Line over the driveway to the wash and the southern Lechi were stolen. Put up new line and Lechi
  • 405 Freeway and Pico/Olympic: Removed shoes hanging from Eruv line.
